Cork English College (CEC) is located in the centre of Cork City, on the banks of the River Lee. Cork is located on the South Coast and is accessible through Cork international Airport and Ferryport as well as through an excellent Bus and Rail Network departing from all major Irish Cities. Cork English College was founded 30 years ago by the present Managing Director, Valery Cullen. It is a family run organisation that takes much pride in the service and personal contact. Apart from organising language programmes, Cork English College organises all elements of students' stay in Ireland. It organises course, transfer to and from the airport, accommodation, extra curricular activities and excursions.

CEC offers a wide range of English Language Courses for adults, including General English (regular and intensive courses), Business English (general and intensive courses), Cambridge Exams Preparation, one-to-one courses, combined courses and other special courses, such as Teacher Refrescher, Aviation English, Military English, etc. Cork English College also offers a wide range of English Language Courses for families. The school can cater for both adults and juniors at its centres. The adult school is located in the heart of Cork City, and the junior school is located 2km from the city centre on a direct bus route from students' apartments. These apartments are new and modern, located in the centre of Cork City. There is a direct bus from the apartments to the junior school and the adult school is within walking distance. All apartments are fully fitted with all bed linen, direct dial telephone, T.V. etc.
