LSI New York is based at the Manhattan campus
of Metropolitan College of New York (MCNY). The classrooms are both spacious and
comfortable, many offering splendid views of Manhattan and the surrounding environment.
Facilities include a first-class library; a computer lab with Internet access; and a
student lounge where students can take a break and relax over refreshments with their
classmates.
The General English Courses are
structured so that students can improve all areas of English including speaking,
listening, reading, writing and skills practice. They can also add 5 or 10 private lessons
per week for maximum progress or choose the Modular English for Business course
(MEB).
LSI offers English Exams &
Certificates Preparation for TOEFL® (Test of English as a Foreign Language), TOEIC®
(Test of English in International Communication) and Cambridge FCE (First Certificate in
English Cambridge) and CAE (Certificate of Advanced English). LSI also provides
English Executive Courses, designed for Managers and Executives, and Special English
Programs, including the International School Year Program (ISY), LSI Work Experience and
LSI University/College assistance program.
