The International Institute Australia (IIA) is a modern English language college located in the heart of Brisbane City. IIA is committed to helping students to develop their English language skills to reach their personal, professional and academic goals. It has its own large building located in Queen Street, the heart of Brisbane’s central business and shopping district. The college has all new classrooms, facilities, equipment and resources. It also has a large indoor-outdoor student recreation area on the rooftop.

International Institute Australia (IIA) offers a variety of full-time, part-time and short courses, including: General English, Cambridge Exam Preparation, TOEIC Preparation, IELTS Test Preparation and afternoon options such as Business English. IIA provides students with challenging and enjoyable learning activities, opportunities for language practice and improvement, feedback for students regarding progress and ways to improve, access to learning resources, such as books and computers, and much more.

Regarding accommodation, IIA offers different options to best suit its students' needs or interests. Some of them are stay with a local family (homestay program), in a inner city apartment, in a shared accommodation, or in hotels, motels or other short-term accommodation options, which are available within walking distance of the institute.

On Friday afternoons, there are optional activities available for students. Additionally IIA runs a program where various activities will be held most weekends. The weekend program consists of half-day activities, such as sporting events or visiting places in and around Brisbane, day trips to places such as the theme parks; and weekend trips away, generally of 2 to 4 days.
