New Horizon was opened in 1988 to provide an educational alternative outside the big cities. The school is located in Napier, on the east coast of the North Island between Auckland and Wellington.

New Horizon has modern and warm facilitie and is situated just one block from the ocean, one block from the shopping centre and across the street from the library.

The school offers General English courses as well as test preparation courses for IELTS, TOEIC, etc
