Centro de Estudios de Español (CEE) is the trademark of the Spanish department of Barna House and specializes in the teaching of Spanish courses in a modern context, with high levels of quality, skilled and professional teachers and a pleasant atmosphere. Since 1979 Barna-House teaches foreign languages and specializes in communication between people, companies and institutions.

The school is located in the centre of Barcelona, with easy access from/to any part of the city by underground or bus. It has 13 well-equipped and comfortable classrooms specially designed to guarantee a high level of comfort for small groups Spanish courses (max. 10). Students have free access to the conference room, the library and the lounge area.

CEE offers different types of Spanish courses, for all levels (from beginners to advanced students).  General Spanish courses start every Monday, except for beginners, who start the first Monday of each month.  Other courses are provided, subject to demand, for 3 or 4 weeks.  Some of these ones are Business Spanish and Expression Techniques.  Courses for juniors are also provided.  To reinforce the students' Spanish skills, CEE also organizes all kinds of cultural activities, such as attendance to multilingual film sessions, Spanish films sessions, lectures, etc.

Regarding accommodation, CEE offers different options: Spanish families, students residences and shared flats.
