ESADE Executive Language Centre
Spanish Language School in Barcelona, Spain
Forty years ago, ESADE was founded with the clear objective
of helping its students to operate in a global environment. It is in a purpose-built
language teaching facility, which has 25 spacious classrooms equipped with audio-visual
technology, providing an ideal language-teaching environment. In addition, the
ESADE-Executive Language Center has cafeteria and restaurant facilities, a bank, a cash
machine and an underground car park for its clients and students. Students have access to
the Learning Center and can also consult specialised reference material in the library.
ESADE offers different kinds of Spanish courses:
- Intensive (with a cultural programme included: the activities
cover Art, History and social issues).
- Morning Semi-intensive (for students who have little time to
spend in lessons)
- Summer Semi-intensive (students can spend a couple of
afternoons improving their Spanish skills)
- Combined (students combine group and individual classes).
- Business Spanish
- Specialised courses (these programs include Public Exam
Preparation -such as DELE preparation- and Spanish for Special Purposes.
Although some people make their own living arrangements in
Barcelona, most ask the school to find them a place to stay. ESADE recommends a Housing
Agency, which is dedicated to find suitable lodging options for visitors. A full
range of options are offered: apartments, shared apartments, homestay, student residence,
hotel.
