Solexico Language and Cultural Centers was founded in 1997. There are three campuses in México: Playa del Carmen, Oaxaca and Puerto Vallarta. The center in Playa del Carmen is located just six blocks away from the white sand beaches, designed in the typical Caribbean style. The center in Oaxaca is located in the heart of Oaxaca's Historical Center, surrounded by a number of cafes, art galleries, museums, shops and internet cafes. The center in Puerto Vallarta has a large café in a nice open terrace that is used for salsa classes, fiestas and as the meeting point for students during the breaks.

At Solexico teachers focus on the conversational ability of the students, though other skills are also emphasized.  Courses begin each Monday year-round. Upon arrival, students are given placement exams to determine their level. At the Solexico centers, courses are organized from the beginner level to the advanced. There are different types of general Spanish language programs offered: The Regular Program (15 or 25 group lessons per week), the Individual Program (15 individual lessons + 10 group lessons per week) and the Executive Program (25 group lessons plus 15 individual lessons per week).  All groups have no more than 5 students per class.

Solexico also offers specialized courses to suit different needs or interests: the Professional Program (Spanish for Medical Services, Spanish for Business, Spanish for Law Enforcement, etc.), the Educators of Spanish as a Second Language Program and Private Lessons, available in the afternoon at an extra cost. The centers offers afternoon workshops and activities that include cooking, arts and crafts, salsa classes, singing Mexican songs, a fiesta or a picnic, and other social events involving students and staff. Upon completion of the course, Solexico will provide the student a certificate of studies.  

Solexico centers provides accommodation with host families, carefully selected and very close to school.  However, if the students prefer other lodging options, there are many possibilites available: condominiums, rental houses and hotel rooms. In these cases, the centers can assit them with the arrangements. Students attending the center in Playa del Carmen, can also book a room in the Solexico Residence, located 10 minute-walking distance from the school.

The three centers also offer a great variety of cultural and recreational activities, on weekends or after class (excursions, diving, snorkeling, bird watching, canopy, windsurfing, etc.)
