Lisa
Tec has been providing a venue for learning since 1982. The institute offers:
- Maximum 4 students per class.
- Emphasis on conversational Spanish with
lectures on reading and writing techniques.
- Beginning students build on listening and
comprehension.
- Advanced students fine tune their use of
technical vocabulary and begin incorporating lectures in grammatics and reading.
Lisa Tec has developed programs tailored for
rapid learning in conversation and focused in a total immersion techniques. These consist
of three main levels of (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced) which are subdivided into 3
types of courses(Core, Accelerated and Intensive). Standard course lengths from 2 to 4
hours per day, five days a week. There are also one-to-one private classes where students
can select the amount of hours they want, and Children's Programs, specially designed for children between the ages of 7 to 16 year old.
Lisa Tec provides its students with the option of living on
campus, placing the student(s) with a host family, or getting assistance in finding
accommodations near or around the school.
All classes incorporate day trips or weekend excursions.
