ECELA Chile is located in Providencia, one of the best neighbourhoods of Santiago, capital of the country. It is close to restaurants, bars, cafes, attractive parks, museums, cinemas and shops. The school building is a big, traditional and very comfortable house with a big patio. It has 15 classrooms and community areas with free internet access. It is well situated, only some minutes away from the subway station and the main bus lines and many housing options.

ECELA Chile's Spanish language programs are designed for the students to meet their Spanish goals in a short period of time.  There are 12 levels (from beginner to superior) and groups are small (max. 6 students per class).  All courses at all levels start every Monday.  Academic Credit are available as well as free tutorial assistance (to help students in specific areas).  Private lessons are also offered, and students may combine group lessons with individual tuition.  In addition to general language instruction, ECELA offers elective courses, such as Composition, Literature, Special Interest (Business, Law, etc.), Spanish for Medicine, the DELE preparation course and other special combinations, like Spanish + Ski, or Spanish in Lima (Peru), Buenos Aires (Argentina) & Santiago or Spanish in Santiago & Bariloche (Argentina).

ECELA offers different accommodation options.  Students may have the school arrange them in a shared apartment (with other students) or to stay with a local family.

The school invites the students to weekly activities: city tours, salsa and merengue lessons, museum tours, visit vineyards, parks and bars, etc.   On weekends, ECELA organizes trips to Valparaiso, Viņa del Mar, La Serena or other places to enjoy the beautiful landscapes. For adventure loving people, there are also horse trekking, rafting and trekking.
