El Salvador Spanish Schools operates Spanish language study abroad programs in five locations in El Salvador:  Santa Ana, San Salvador, San Miguel, El Sunzal and Puerto La Libertad.  These programs are designed for students and travelers who come to El Salvador to enjoy the country and learn the language.

El Salvador Spanish Schools offers Spanish lessons at all levels.  Students can start on any Monday and will be given a placement test upon arrival to determine their level of instruction.  Class size is limited to eight students and individual tuition is also available.  Students may combine their studies in one, two or three locations, such as Escuela Sihuatehuacan (in Santa Ana, the coffee country), Escuela Punta Roca (in Puerto La Libertad, coastal site) and Escuela Cuzcatlan (in San Salvador, country's capital). 

The Spanish program includes intensive Spanish instruction and homestay with a Salvadoran family, with whom the students can put in practice what they learn at school.  If the students prefer, however, they can stay in a hotel or in a rental accommodation.  In addition to language courses, El Salvador Spanish Schools offers Spanish for Medical Professionals, Spanish for Teachers and Spanish for Volunteers and Religious Workers.

Regarding leisure time, El Salvador Spanish Schools offers salsa, merengue, cumbia and folklore dance lessons in Santa Ana and San Salvador.   There are also three excursions per week to Mayan ruins, waterfalls, a highland coffee village and museums.
