Altiplano Training is a small training company, which has been based in the Chamonix valley since 1992 and in Mens since 2000. Chamonix is a lively, cosmopolitan town in France, situated at the foot of Mont-Blanc, and on the borders of Switzerland and Italy, a great venu for French courses. Mens is the market town for the Trieves; a plateau of rolling farmland and forests surrounded by the mountains of the Vercors and the Ecrins.

Altiplano Training offers a range of French language courses as different packages to suit different budgets and availability. These courses leave the students' afternoons (or mornings) free for them to ski, walk, or relax, and to practise their language skills. These courses take place in either Chamonix (all year round) or Mens (June-October), and both locations offer a wide range of outdoor activities and sports.  The school specializes in one-to-one French courses that focus on French social and business cultures as well as key language skills, but group lessons are available at key times of the year.

The school also offers French business courses in Chamonix.  These courses include an activity of students' choice each afternoon, with their own professional French instructor or mountain guide.  French courses with Homestay are also available in Mens.  These courses provide an unforgettable insight into French life and culture. And there is a hotel option too.
