Introduction to French cooking :

French classic and creative cookery in a professional and friendly atmosphere at our Chef: discover French recipes, get essential skills, handle cooking equipment, understand technical terms and produce delicious food. The subjects covered include knife skills, cooking meat and fish, pastry, sauces, salads. Our chef has been travelling all around the world so she draws her inspiration from different countries flavours adapted to the traditional french cooking... She will be delighted to share her secrets with you !!!

This cooking workshop is not just about technique but also a certain art of living, a passion and a pleasure which you are going to share. Our chef  will guide you in the wonderful adventure of French cooking !!
