ProBa Russian Language Centre is located in a historical building, in the centre of St. Petersburg, not far from the famous Vladimirski Cathedral and within few minutes of Nevski Prospect.

The language school was established in 1995. Using the direct teaching method as the basis for classical academic education, it developed audio courses and computer programs, which assist students in gaining fast and maximum progress as well as excellent results during even short-term courses. Russian classes are open all year and offer a combination of pronunciation work, grammar and vocabulary input and speaking, reading, writing and listening skills. The school is open throughout the year with classes at all levels from beginner to advanced. All participants receive at the end of their Russian course a certificate with grades, issued by the school.

ProBa Russian Language Centre offers Individual and Mini-Group Russian Courses in St. Petersburg year round, Crash Courses, Courses at Teacher's Home, Study&Work and Volunteers programs. The program of Individual Courses and additional individual lessons is jointly designed by the teacher and the student on the basis of special interests of study and may include the Preparation Course for TORFL/TRKI exam (Test Russki Kak Inostrannyj).
