Fluenz Chinese Level 1

Fluenz Mandarin 1+2 provides a comprehensive introduction to the foundations of the language, giving you the ability to successfully navigate the most critical and common situations you are bound to face in China or Taiwan. In 45 sessions, or the equivalent of three sessions a week during an academic semester, the program covers the four-tone system of Mandarin pronunciation, essential verbs, sentence constructions in past, present, and future tenses, correct pronoun use, the ability to formulate different kinds of questions and give answers, how to issue important commands, how to express time, location, and give directions, and critical vocabulary for surviving in the Mandarin-speaking world.

By the end of Fluenz Chinese 1+ 2, users can construct sentences as complex as "I went to the restaurant at the intersection next to my hotel for breakfast at 8:00 this morning. Later we'll go to my office. Please wait for me while I come out, and then we'll go back to Shanghai."
