Odyssea-Institut Européen de Français is located in a beautifully renovated 17th century building in the historic center of Montpellier. The school offers spacious classrooms and many free services such as : access to the internet, a multimedia library, a pedagogical resource center and weekly workshops, as well as an information meeting for all new arrivals, a guided tour of Montpellier and a “welcome apératif”.  Its experienced teachers and friendly staff make it a priority to fulfill the students’ needs. Studious place of international meetings and cultures, Odyssea welcomes around 70 nationalities all year long. The school features bright and airy classes for a personalized lively and efficient learning of the French language in small groups.

Class size is limited and organized by skill levels to facilitate learning. Students’ progress is evaluated each week. A certificate of French study is rewarded to all participants who have followed the coursework conscientiously.

A program of cultural activities, sports, traditional workshops and excursions with professional guides is offered each week. To keep learning outside the classroom : cultural conferences are held each week and themed “soirées” are regularly planned.

General French course:  22 lessons of 45 minutes per week. Communicative method using French in relation to everyday life. Study of the French language and culture with authentic documents

Minimum price: One week from 290 euros (one week courses + registration fees)

Reinforced French course: 28 lessons of 45 minutes per week. This course put the emphasis on developing oral fluency in addition to the General French courses.

Discovery stay:  22 lessons of 45 minutes per week + cultural activities pack + lodging in an appart’hôtel residence. Combination of language and cultural discovery based on the theme “Art of living in the South of France”.

Minimum price: Two weeks from 1295 euros (two weeks courses + registration fees + cultural activities pack + accommodation in a fully-equipped two-star residence including breakfast)
