Valorme offers Residential French courses in Southwest France, in Foix, one hour from Toulouse and the Pyrénées.

6 students maximum per week in the school.

In classes, at lunch and on outings, French is spoken all day

You learn French in a very small group. Corine, your teacher , is fully qualified and has a lot of experience in teaching French to adults.

-    The course puts emphasis on oral communication (speaking, listening and pronunciation). However, it also gives you a chance to learn or review specific grammar points and vocabulary. It allows each student to improve his/her weak points and to speak with more confidence

-    Informal conversation practice takes place at lunchtime with your tutor, in nearby restaurants.    

Discover  a fascinating area of France 3 visits per week to local attractions are included in the program. Many possibilities:  

-    Foix and its Friday market
-    Niaux cave with its magnificent cave paintings (one of the few prehistoric wall paintings still open to the public)
-    Montsegur cathar castle
-    The amazing church of Vals, built among the rocks
-    Wonderful mountain landscapes with excellent  places for hiking and skiing
-    Museums, Roman churches, bastides, etc.               

Stay on school site, in very comfortable fully furnished apartments with spectacular views of Foix castle.  

A communal living room offers a friendly place to meet the other students The courtyard is also a good place to relax after the course. Several services at your disposal: telephone, computer with Internet access,  washing machine…
