The AEC offers Spanish immersion programs in three different locations
in Costa Rica: Playa Dominical, Turrialba and Arenal Volcano. The school combines intensive, small group Spanish instruction with afternoon
and weekend activities such as Latin Dance & cooking classes, as well as kayaking,
river rafting, etc.
It is not only possible to immerse yourself in Spanish language studies, but also in the
natural beauty and the rich cultural heritage Costa Rica and Panama have to offer. Local
teachers, host families, and tour operators, as well as organizations that offer volunteer
places, cooperate with the school to provide a total immersion experience.
