Intensa
INTENSA was founded in 1980. The length of study program can be as short as one week or as long as a year. It has three school sites, two in the capital and the other in Alajuela, the country's second largest town near the international airport. All sites provide easy access to restaurants, stores, theaters and malls.

Adventure Education Center AEC
The AEC offers Spanish immersion programs in three different locations in Costa Rica: Playa Dominical, Turrialba and Arenal Volcano. The school combines intensive, small group Spanish instruction with afternoon and weekend activities such as Latin Dance & cooking classes, as well as kayaking, river rafting, etc.
